A hot August Lake Palestine was stingy for most and didn't give up a ton of fish......HOWEVER, Big Fish still eat even when it's hot.
The SFA "Fishin Machine", John MIchael Brattlof, pre-fished Saturday and took us to school fishing Sunday. John-Michael took FIRST place with 16.29lbs.
SECOND place went to "Put me down for 14" Jeff Fisher bagging 13.69 (leading weight after Saturday).
THIRD Place went to Will "State Champ" Hughes with a solid 12.31 Saturday weight, rounding out the paid places.
Big Fish went to Timy Haugh with a "Side-Pot Busting" 7.67 brute......winning roughly $355-ish PLUS big bass winnings! Cha-Ching!
Second Big fish went to John-MIachel Brattlof at 7.53.
We are on Lake Tyler in September. Current AOY is Tyler Fisher.......
?We have 4 events to go. We will be dropping your second worst event of the year "after" the October tournament.
