We need to be sure there is a cooler with ice for any dead fish - Thomas Anderson said we can use his large cooler
Scale with display for weigh in - Tim Haugh said he can get the one from the high school
Tanks for weigh in line - it was mentioned that 2 with some kind of aeration should be fine to handle up to 10 or 12 teams at a time
It was discussed that the Resort has possibly been triple booked and that might cause major traffic problems. There was a motion which was voted in favor of, to move the "Official Location" of the tournament to the Villages it this was the case. Jimmy checked with the Resort Tuesday morning and they are triple booked. The location is moved to the Villages as noted below.
Friday night sign up is at Gander Outdoors
Saturday morning sign up will be at the Villages, possibly someone will also be at the Resort in case people show up there
